Welcome to ezySkillz – an innovative approach to advancing in your career path.
Being slighty more mature (older) than others applying for jobs I wanted, I was fidning it difficult applying for a job. Then I found the ezySkillz ISJST course which gave me the skills and tools required to apply for a job successfully. I recommend the ezySkillz ISJST to anyone looking to apply for a job whether young or old.
We take this opportunity to tell you about some of the benefits you will gain by completing the ezySkillz experience. EzySkillz is an e-learning program that has been designed to put you at the forefront of the entire application and interview process, while also developing a professional resume for you from the information you enter in response to questions.
As the designers of ezySkillz, we have spent many years teaching people the methods and techniques required to win the job of their dreams and secure promotions at their current place of employment. Due to the successes we were witnessing we made the decision to make the formula and relevant information available to everyone. Hence ezySkillz evolved.
Many of us have experienced the dissatisfaction of not being offered a position, while we know we have the competency and skills to be able to be a valuable team member to the organisation. Instead you find that someone with lesser attributes is the successful applicant. The reason for this is that some people have the ability to present themselves in a brighter light.
EzySkillz will show you all the steps you need to take, while also giving you the confidence to demonstrate to the potential employer that they need not look any further. You will walk away with a quietly confident feeling of satisfaction that you have portrayed yourself to the best of your ability. Only someone with better qualifications than you would have the potential to beat you to the post.
Rather than using the law of averages approach and sending multiple application letters and resumes, hoping that you will receive at least one invitation to an interview; we encourage you to complete the ezySkillz program and utilise your time more effectively by making each application stand out from the rest. We call this the sniper approach.
As part of ezySkillz you are provided with an optional vocational assessment tool that provides you with three directions that align with your personal interests. These may be career areas that you have not considered. We also provide you with some ideas on the best approach to applying to these positions. Ultimately if you work in the area of your natural interests, you will be more likely to achieve success and enjoy your time at work.
I thought I knew everything about getting a job but when I kept getting overlooked I decided to look at what was missing. That is when I discovered the ezySkillz ISJST course which showed me where I was going wrong. Within no time I had the job I wanted.
In total there are 25 modules, which cover every aspect of the application process. At completion you will be able to produce a unique portfolio of your personal strengths and attributes that will be of interest to an employer. You will also have developed your personal professional resume that can be easily copied to www.seek.com.au, www.careerone.com.au and other websites that will assist you to gain recognition from employers. The resume tool will allow you to modify your professional resume as required. Additionally you will now know how to gain the interest of the employer by creating interesting and easy to read application letters.
It is not necessary for you to have advanced computer skills. Just as long as you can use a keyboard and mouse, you will not experience any difficulty. In fact we expect your confidence in using a computer will increase by the end of the program.
The benefits of completing ezySkillz are that while you are responding to question referring to information that you have been provided with, you will achieve the following: -
