When I went looking for a career change I descided to give ezySkillz ISJST a go. It worked brilliantly, it gave me the confidence and skills required to secure the job I always wanted.
You will notice that there are two categories and they are ‘Students’ and ‘Corporate’.
The ‘Student’ option is for those of you who would like a user-friendly approach to designing and developing your professional resume and application letters while also learning the latest techniques in the entire process involved in applying for employment. The bonus factor is that you receive a personal and unique portfolio (Business Plan) that best describes you at completion of the program.
Many of us are not aware of the career direction we should take; therefore a vocational assessment is included in the program to identify your personal areas of interest.
Once you have completed ezySkillz you will never fear interviews again. No need to exaggerate on your resume or during the interview. You will be able to approach every area with confidence, being assured that you are a valuable asset to the business.
The ‘Student’ option is also ideal for organisations that can benefit from understanding the strengths, skills, abilities and interests of their current staff. By encouraging your staff to complete ezySkillz, you will have access to their personal portfolio, which also advises what additional training would assist the employee to be a greater asset to your business.
For an additional fee, coaching is available while you work your way through the program, from our professional trainers who understand what the employer is looking for when employing new staff.
Then there is the ‘Corporate’ option. This option is suitable for Businesses that are a Job Network or an Employment Consultancy Firm that needs an administration component, including assessments and the ability to record attendance of students.
